IST is research and Development Type Corporation. IST's 1/3 of employees are utilized in either Research and Development or Technology Development. Our researchers possess flexible and imaginative mind, coupled with passion to challenge any obstacles.
-By developing technologies that did not exist, we can turn impossible into possible.
IST have been proving the above statement since its incorporation. For example, we succeeded in developing adhesion technology of 2 materials that were considered chemically impossible to bind, and technology to add heat to specific material within composite material. Along with these development, we put our effort into developing original equipment to continuously challenge to turn impossible into possible. With partnerships with several universities and several research organization, IST is continuously trying to stimulate the next development of projects.

To establish cost conscious manufacturing process with all our product, IST is concentrating its considerable effort into Technology Development. Newly developed materials faces several hurdles until it is introduced to market. After basic development work, establishing low cost and high quality with mass production process technology and system development becomes a second obstacle.
With its own electrical/mechanical knowledge, and innovative ideas, IST was able to clear this hurdle.
Our technology is a collective work between researchers who has thorough understandings of material, and engineers whose innovative ideas created machines that will make the trouble seem to disappear.
