The choice for high performance wire protection is and has always been Pyre-ML®. Pyre-ML® products are part of a family of materials based on aromatic polyimides, one of the most thermally stable organic materials known to man. These products include Pyre-ML® Wire Enamels, Liquid 'H' Enamel. Insulating Varnish, and Pyre-ML® Thinner.

Pyre-ML® Wire Enamels RC-5019, RC-5057, RC-5069 Applications:transformers, hermetic motors, traction motors, appliances, power tools, mine motors, submersible, pump motors, gas chromatograph capillaries, semiconductor devices, liquid crystal displays, instrument wires, optic fibers, adhesives.
Pyre-ML® Insulating Varnish RK-692 Applications: topcoat on enamel coated wires and motors, strain gauge.
Pyre-ML® Liquid 'H' Enamel RC-5097 Applications: aircraft wires and cables.
Pyre-ML® Thinner Applications: thinning Pyre-ML enamels and varnishes.
Pyre-ML® New Products 5080X, 5083 High solids wire enamels are designed to allow faster line speeds while maintaining surface properties of wire. The higher line speeds significantly reduce manufacturing costs. A second benefit of the high solids enamels is that a smaller number of wet coats are required to reach a dry coating thickness or thinner wet coats can be applied.
